3 to 4 LK negotiable for good Candidate

Key account/ assigned account management , New Account Creation , Lead Generation, Sales Opportunity Generation and closing of sales circle of the opportunity within time duration , Followup and Closing of deal/lead shared by Telemarketing & Digital Marketing Resource/Manager, Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly , Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills, Patient and professional demeanor, with a can-do attitude to accomplish the task within the stipulated time

Should be able to Handle enterprise Business , Should have Worked on Government, PSU Projects in the fields of Server integration, Storage, Software, Networking, LAN, WAN, CCTV etc.

5 to 10 Lk negotiable for Experience Candidate.

Should be able to Handle enterprise Business , Should have Worked on Government, PSU Projects in the fields of Server integration, Storage, Software, Networking, LAN, WAN, CCTV etc., Should be able to manage the Branch , Should be able to handle the Customer & the OEM efficiantely.

Pay Scale

3 to 6 Lk negotiable for Experience Candidate.

Should have be interaction with OEMs & Customer, Should be Worked for Making Proposals, Licensing Requirement gathering , Should have Worked on Making Solution for the Customer in the field of Server, Storage, Networking, CCTV, Software, PC, Laptop, Workstation.

Qualification Required

B.Sc IT , Certification on Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus

Pay Scale

3 Lk - 6 LK negotiable for Experience Candidate & Other Allowance.

1. Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues 2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration 3. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time 4. Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role 5. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to servers, routers, hardware & networking 6. Familiarity with remote desktop applications to provide support to service engineers & clients as & when required 7.
